Apr 15-Dec 14 ... $125/night; $875/week - (4 Night Minimum)
Dec 15-Apr 14 ... $145/night; $1015/week - (4 Night Minimum)
$75 Exit cleaning for all stays.
DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is due 10 days after making reservations and must be payable in US funds by personal or company check, bank cashier’s check, money order or U. S. Postal Money Order. If deposit is not received with in the specified time, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment is due on all reservations booked under 60 days. Balance owing for reservation is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment must be in US funds by bank check, money order or Postal Money Order only.
For cancellations that occur more than 60 days before check-in, deposit will be returned less processing fees.
For cancellations occurring 60-30 days before check-in date, deposit will be forfeited.
For cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date, full payment will be forfeited.
No refunds for any reason, will be given for cancellations occurring on or after check-in date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Fully refundable security deposit is required for stays longer than three weeks. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure provided there are no deductions for damage, smoking inside and or provided that utility usage is within established limit.
